Tax relief jobs
This board lists tax relief and IRS representation jobs at verified US firms. Employers post with a company email. Candidates apply here or on the firm’s own site. Brevitax careers stay on a separate Careers page — this marketplace is for the industry.
Firms that do IRS representation, offers in compromise, installment agreements, and currently-not-collectible work hire differently than seasonal tax prep. This board is only for that work.

Open roles
No live listings yet. Verified firms can post a role — the first ones will appear here, not as scraped ads.
Roles
Tax preparer — Preparers file returns and unfiled years that sit next to relief work — not only seasonal 1040s.
CPA — CPAs in relief practices handle returns, unfiled years, and financials beside representation.
Enrolled agent — Enrolled agents represent taxpayers before the IRS on collection, examination, and program strategy.
Tax attorney — Tax attorneys take CDP, Tax Court, and high-stakes collection or exam files that need licensed counsel.
Tax resolution specialist — Resolution specialists assemble 433s, OICs, and installment packages from transcripts and financials.
Case manager — Case managers run representation files: notices, deadlines, client updates, and handoff to the EA or attorney.
Tax sales / enrollment — Tax sales jobs and enrollment roles qualify households with IRS debt, explain process, and book Discovery — not generic lead mills.
Customer service — Client service roles that keep taxpayers informed while a relief or prep file is in motion.
Tax manager — Managers review case quality, staff work, and delivery capacity inside a tax practice.
Tax director — Directors own methodology, hiring, and the quality of representation or prep work.
Bookkeeper — Bookkeepers rebuild books so a return, 433, or OIC is defensible.
Operations — Operations roles that run calendars, quality review, and delivery capacity in a relief practice — not generic office admin.
Marketing — Marketing roles that reach households or firms. This board is not for affiliate or lead-mill spam.
Compliance — Compliance roles that watch Circular 230, CAF, and firm filing posture on representation files.
Specialty
Tax preparation — Return preparation — individual, business, or unfiled years.
Tax resolution — Collection alternatives: installment agreements, OIC, CNC, and penalty work.
IRS representation — Speaking for the taxpayer before the IRS — exam, collection, or appeals.

Questions
Is this the same as Brevitax careers?
No. Brevitax hiring is on our Careers page. This board is for tax relief and representation firms that want to reach people already in the industry.
Do I need a Brevitax practice login to post or apply?
No. Employers get a separate jobs account on a work email. Candidates can apply as a guest. A Brevitax tenant login never opens this board, and this board never opens cases or transcripts.
Why can’t employers use Gmail?
Work-email signup is the first spam filter. Consumer inboxes are how fake “remote tax analyst” listings harvest résumés. Tiny shops still on Gmail can ask for a manual review.
Where does the company website appear?
On the firm profile only. Job ads cannot include links, emails, or phone numbers. That keeps listings from turning into outbound spam.
Are these jobs remote?
Each listing is remote, hybrid, or on-site. Remote roles say whether they are US-wide or limited to licensed states — many representation jobs need an EA, CPA, or attorney in a specific state.
